We've now cleaned three roofs in the same close in Ainsdale. Two were a pair of semi-detached houses done together in one visit, and this property sits next to them.
The tiles were carrying a heavy covering of moss, at its thickest along the gutter line. We took the moss off, treated the roof to stop it coming back, and rinsed the whole thing down at the end.
A drone survey is carried out on every roof job so the whole roof and gutter line can be checked from above before we start. Gutters, fascias and soffits were cleaned at the same time at no extra cost, and the biocide treatment carries a two-year no-regrowth guarantee.
