Cleaning lifts what is there now, and for block paving we can re-sand the joints with kiln-dried sand and reseal the surface. That locks the blocks together, slows weed growth and keeps the driveway looking fresh for far longer.
We treat oil and grime as part of every clean and get excellent results on most driveways. Very old, deep-set oil that has soaked into the surface may not lift completely — we will always be honest about what to expect before we start.
Yes, both are available as optional extras. Re-sanding refills the joints and sealing adds a protective finish that makes future cleaning easier and helps colours stay vivid. We will price these with your quote so you can decide.
Most driveways are done in a day. Larger or heavily soiled surfaces, or jobs that include re-sanding and sealing, can take a little longer — we will give you a clear timescale with your quote.
