Roof cleaning and exterior cleaning for homes in Banks, a few minutes from our base in Southport. A free drone survey on every roof job, and the gutters cleared free with every roof clean.
Banks sits just beyond Crossens on the way to Hesketh Bank, which makes it one of the closest villages to us. Shane comes out in person to look at the job and quote it, and then does the work himself.
Every roof job starts with a free drone survey. Sending a drone up means the whole roof and the gutter line can be seen properly from above before anyone goes near it, so the work is planned around what is actually up there rather than what can be made out from the ground. You see the pictures too.
The roof is then cleaned with the pressure and the water flow set to suit it, lifting the moss, algae and lichen away. A biocide treatment goes on at the end and keeps working after we leave. We use HSE-licensed biocides only (Licence No. 10766), applied by a Professional User of Biocides, and on roofs that treatment carries our two-year no-regrowth guarantee.
The gutters, fascias and soffits are cleaned on the same visit at no extra cost, and everything is rinsed down before we go.
We also cover driveways, patios, windows, conservatories and repointing in Banks, and book a roof clean together with a driveway or patio and there is 20% off.
Fully insured, face-to-face appointments, and a real 5.0 rating on Google from local customers. Payment on completion by bank transfer.
