Roof cleaning and exterior cleaning for homes in Mere Brow and the villages around it, with a free drone survey on every roof job and the gutters cleared free with every roof clean.
Mere Brow sits between Hesketh Bank and Tarleton, out in the West Lancashire villages. We are over from Southport regularly and cover the whole of that stretch, so getting out to look at a job is no trouble.
Before any roof is touched, a drone goes up. It costs you nothing and it is the only way to see the state of the tiles and the gutter line properly, which means the job is quoted on what is really there. You get to see the pictures as well.
The clean itself is done with the pressure and the water flow matched to the roof, taking the moss, algae and lichen off. A biocide treatment finishes it and carries on working long after we have packed up. Only HSE-licensed biocides are used (Licence No. 10766), applied by a Professional User of Biocides, and on a roof that treatment comes with our two-year no-regrowth guarantee.
Gutters, fascias and soffits are done in the same visit at no extra charge, and the lot gets rinsed down at the end.
Out this way the properties tend to sit among trees and open land, so gutter clearing is often worth doing on its own. We clear from the ground with a gutter vacuum. Driveways, patios and repointing are covered in Mere Brow too.
